At L'Atelier Auraé, we have created a unique space where cooking and baking are shared experiences. Our goal is to offer a friendly and inclusive workshop where everyone can learn, create and share the pleasure of good food, whether alone, with family, friends or colleagues.

Varied and inspiring workshops
We offer workshops in baking, world cuisine, children's workshops and team building, as well as tailor-made private events. Each course is designed to stimulate creativity, teach practical techniques and share a unique experience.
A unique location in the heart of Neuilly-sur-Seine
Our modern and bright 40 m² workshop is designed to encourage interaction and creativity. The 100 m² vegetable garden, where aromatic herbs and seasonal vegetables grow, provides ingredients for our recipes and illustrates our commitment to local, responsible and sustainable cuisine.
A passionate and experienced team
Océane and Thibault Lefèvre, chefs and co-managers, pass on their expertise with enthusiasm and passion, ensuring that every participant leaves with new techniques, ideas and wonderful memories.

Chef & Co-Manager
Originally from Lyon, she discovered her passion for cooking in childhood and specialized in plated desserts after completing a BTS in Hospitality and Catering in Paris.
She enhanced her career in starred restaurants, bistronomy, and boutique pastry, notably alongside Nina Métayer. In 2022, she joined Thibault at L’Atelier as co-manager.
THIBAULT
Chef & Co-Manager
Passionate about art, Thibault turned to pastry after completing a BTS in Hospitality and Catering and a specialization in plated desserts.
After several experiences in luxury hotels and starred restaurants, he joined L’Atelier in 2023 alongside Océane to create a pastry and cuisine that is thoughtful, flavorful, and indulgent.
